Mr Seah spent over 20 years at WPP and Publicis, 2 global Marketing Communications conglomerates. His last port of call was at Starcom MediaVest Group/VivaKi, where he oversaw the business operations of South East Asia and security-challenged markets region covering more than 600 employees.
Since leaving the corporate world in June 2016, Mr Seah focuses his time fully in the development of the Data, Tech, Media and Content industries, continuing his work in the disruption economy.
From his domain and industry knowledge, Jeff works with MNC/local organisations, VCs/PEs/Family Offices/Sovereign Funds, Corporate M&A units, start-ups and individuals to realise potential of ideas, people, investment and businesses. His projects cover industry development, go-to-market advisory and corporate (digital) reorganisation implementation in Asia Pacific and Middle East.
Jeff also serves as a Board Member, Management Advisor and Investor to 5 businesses: 3 of which have been courted by CVCs, 1 invested by Sequoia, and all are on their way to being going concerns.
Jeff is an active industry leader and multiple sports participant. He serves in industry outreach initiatives amidst his travels, being a past member of the Singapore government Speak Mandarin Council, IAB, and a counsel to broadcasters, publishers and global digital content businesses, and continues to support major advertising associations and Government statutory boards. He is also involved at Board level with Singapore Polytechnic and Singapore Discovery Centre.
Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. He owns a working Apple IIe from his youth, and is an acknowledged Arsenal and Shakespeare fan. He considers his greatest achievement to being a doting father to his 3 children.
